New Release: [SA] and CE Takeover plugin!

[Shady Accessories] received some well deserved love with out latest plugin today! and... while we were at it... why not tickle the little newcomer in the family (Cold Embrace) a little. :D

New plugin that let one non-keyholder takeover a key on these devices! Can lead to very fun stuff when one likes to have a sort of public access!

On the [SA] edition, the wearer can also takeover if they are allowed. (the CE devices already have that bundled with the restraint).
